Barista/All Rounder

Three Hungry Birds cafe is looking for a full time barista/all rounder to join our team.

Other skills we are looking for are:

• Customer service skills (many customers are local regulars who love a good chat!)
• Be able to work alone as well as in a team
• Understand milk based coffee
• Able to open or close.
• Quality control of the coffee
• Have a passion for coffee and always looking for better ways to improve
• Shows initiative
• Great personality
• Excellent English

The role is from Monday to Friday 6 to 2:30(No Weekends). This position is a hybrid role been a barista and serving customers; however during quieter moments and when floor is in need, we require all our baristas to be able to jump onto the floor and help with serving customers, taking orders, clearing plates, dishes and setting up. So it is essential that you have the skills to do so and keen to jump in and out between the coffee station and the floor.

Pay: $27.00 – $29.50 per hour
