About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and ambitious professional to manage and lead a sales team in Dubbo. This role is perfect for someone who wants to progress their career while driving sales, team engagement, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a high-performing sales team
Drive sales performance and achieve company targets
Mentor and motivate team members to reach their full potential
Monitor team KPIs and implement strategies for improvement
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Collaborate with senior management to plan and execute growth initiatives
About You
Proven experience in automotive sales with leadership or managerial experience
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Leadership qualities that inspire and motivate teams
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
Ability to complete a National Police Check (company provided)
Valid driver’s license and availability to work weekends
