Customer Care Consultant Trade Store

The Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Care Consultant to join our team at our Scoresby Trade Store.

Providing an excellent customer service experience; your friendly communication manner, customer first attitude and familiarity with inventory management will be key to your success in this role.

Our ideal fit is someone interested in furthering their career within retail, who takes pride in working to a high standard and enjoys building customer relationships.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver a warm face-to-face customer service experience
• Assist customers with product selection through offering product knowledge
• Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell products that give the best retail experience possible
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented shopfloor environment
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control
• Safely handle and move stock in accordance with workplace safety guidelines

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Previous experience in retail, trade, customer service, or a similar customer-facing environment
• Eager to learn with a growth mindset
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, reliable, and team-oriented approach
• A strong work ethic, positive attitude and commitment to delivering great customer experiences
