Customer Service Representative

We're looking for a proactive and reliable Customer Care Consultant to join our Trade Store team in Townsville. If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems and working in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to build your career with a supportive team.

• Deliver outstanding customer service as the first point of contact for customers.
• Provide product advice and process customer orders and enquiries accurately.
• Support merchandising, stock replenishment and store presentation.
• Assist with stock management, including receipting, resets and inventory tasks.
• Work with the team to maintain a safe, productive and customer-focused store.

• Experience in retail, customer service or a trade environment.
• A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Confidence using computer systems and completing administrative tasks accurately.
• The ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience within an electrical wholesaler, industrial supplier, or similar trade-focused environment
• Exposure to merchandising, stock control, stock replenishment, and store resets
