About You

• Relevant experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within professional service
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure and meet deadlines
• A proactive mindset with a passion for process improvements and producing high-quality documentation

Job Role

• Manage complex document preparation, proofreading, editing, and formatting in line with company style guides
• Coordinate senior leadership diaries, meetings, and take minutes
• Handle travel bookings, expense allocation, and timesheet management
• Liaise with internal teams, clients, vendors, and suppliers to maintain smooth communication
• Support onboarding, training coordination, special projects, and national administrative initiatives
