Real Estate Receptionist

About the Role

Coral Sea Property Services is seeking a friendly, professional and organised Real Estate Receptionist to join our team and be the welcoming first point of contact for our clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has excellent attention to detail and is looking to build a career within the Queensland real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

· Greeting clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner

· Answering and directing incoming phone calls and enquiries

· Managing the reception area and general office administration

· Assisting the sales and property management teams with day-to-day tasks

· Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars

· Handling emails, correspondence and general enquiries

· Assisting with property listings, inspections and open homes where required

· Maintaining accurate client and property records

· Ordering office supplies and assisting with general office organisation

· Providing exceptional customer service to vendors, landlords, tenants, buyers and other stakeholders

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

· Friendly, approachable and confident

· Professional and well presented

· Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

· A strong communicator with a positive attitude

· Comfortable using computers and office systems

· Able to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment

· Reliable, punctual and proactive

· Previous real estate or administration experience is desirable but not essential for the right candidate
