Finance Manager

Ariel Air Charters, a leading private aviation company, is seeking an experienced and analytical Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide accurate and timely financial reports to senior management.
• Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and develop financial models to support business operations and investment decisions.
• Provide financial analysis, guidance, and recommendations to senior management on various business initiatives, cost-saving opportunities, and revenue enhancement strategies.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes, resolve discrepancies, and improve overall financial performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends, changes in regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and make informed financial decisions.
• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of financial professionals, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to excel in their roles.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA/CMA qualification preferred.
• Proven work experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or similar role, preferably in the aviation or transportation industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial analysis techniques.
• Proficient in financial management software, advanced Excel skills, and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
