What you'll be doing

This full-time position is located in our Castle Hill, NSW showroom, where you will be responsible for providing expert product knowledge, delivering tailored sales solutions, and building long-lasting relationships with our valued customers.

Working hours include all days of the week, including Sundays, as required by business needs.

• Actively engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalised sales recommendations

• Demonstrate and test drive vehicles to showcase their features and capabilities

• Process sales transactions, including negotiating prices, managing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth purchase experience

• Maintain detailed knowledge of our vehicle inventory, pricing, and promotions

• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets

• Provide exceptional post-sales support and build long-term relationships with customers

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and customer service

What we're looking for

• Proven track record in sales within the Luxury Automotive retail industry

• Sales experience is required in both Automotive and luxury retail industries

• Sales experience must be specifically in Automotive

• At least one year of experience in the Automotive industry.

• The one year automotive experience must be specifically in sales roles only

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers

• Excellent product knowledge and the ability to educate customers on vehicle features and benefits

• Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the dealership

• Flexible and adaptable to changing market conditions and customer needs

• A valid driver's licence and the ability to drive a range of vehicles

• A full driver's licence is required for this position

• Works very well independently and as a part of a team.

• Must be an Australian citizen to be eligible for this position or have valid Full Time working Visa
