 This is an exciting opportunity to join the Executive Leadership Team at University Senior College in January 2027.

The successful candidate will possess a high level of interpersonal skills, integrity and a desire to further enhance the USC’s reputation as a high performing organisation. With a genuine interest in working in a collaborative and supportive environment, coupled with a strong work ethic, this executive role will assist University Senior College to ensure its operations assist staff and student to achieve excellence.

The role encompasses:

· leadership and management of the school’s administrative, physical and technological resources; for the delivery of high-quality service across the school,

· fostering and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders leading to innovative improvements to school processes

·  innovation in technology; for effective business analysis; and for the provision of timely, strategic advice.
