Service Advisor

Westcoast BMW is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Wangara.

As the main point of contact between our customers and the Service Department, you will coordinate vehicle servicing and repairs while delivering the premium experience expected from the BMW brand.

• Welcoming customers and discussing their servicing requirements

• Managing service enquiries, appointments and bookings

• Preparing repair orders and providing accurate cost and time estimates

• Keeping customers informed throughout the servicing and repair process

• Organising courtesy vehicles when required

• Liaising with the Workshop Controller and technicians to support an efficient workflow

• Obtaining customer authorisation for additional work

• Responding to customer enquiries and resolving concerns professionally

• Building strong customer relationships and encouraging repeat business

• Promoting dealership services and maintaining high customer satisfaction

• Following all dealership safety, security and operational procedures

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar Service Advisor role

• Strong working knowledge of the automotive industry

• Sound mechanical knowledge and understanding

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Strong organisational and time management abilities

• The ability to communicate professionally with customers and technicians

• A positive, professional and team-focused attitude

• Effective leadership skills and the confidence to take initiative

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
