Sales Support Coordinator

About the role

As our portfolio of premium brands continues to grow, we are looking for highly motivated and driven individuals with a genuine passion for sales and marketing to join our team.

This position is ideal for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong customer focus, and an interest in Audio Visual, Home Automation and IT Networking technologies.

Previous experience in sales administration and being responsible for the processing and shipment of orders will be highly regarded. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, proactive and confident in building strong relationships with customers, dealers and freight partners.

Key responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service and sales support, in-person or over the phone

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of sales orders and quotations

• Arranging the dispatch of sales orders and liaising with courier companies

• Responding to client enquiries regarding order status, delivery times and product information

• Receiving deliveries and checking in stock

• Managing inventory records and conducting stock takes

• Providing support and follow up of warranty or the return of goods to suppliers

• Supporting the sales and purchasing team with administrative tasks

• Contributing to marketing and sales initiatives that will drive sales

• Assist in showroom sales and trade shows

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in sales administration, logistics coordination or a similar administrative role

• Customer service focus with a friendly demeanor and ability to build rapport with our customer base

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and accounting software

• Experience with order management systems or warehouse management software

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation

• Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively

• Forklift license would be advantageous
