We're looking for a highly organised, relationship-focused Event Planner (Program Consultant) to join our Operations team.
Our Event Planners (Program Consultants) are the people who bring exceptional client experiences to life. Combining event planning, project coordination, client relationship management and operational delivery, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple moving parts while creating outstanding experiences for clients.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same and enjoy working with clients, suppliers and internal teams to turn ideas into reality, we'd love to hear from you.
About the RoleAs a Event Planner (Program Consultant), you'll work closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams to manage programs from start to finish. You'll ensure every detail is planned, communicated and executed to a high standard, while helping create outstanding experiences for our clients. You'll be responsible for consulting with clients on programs, coordinating with our logistics team, managing suppliers and venues, and supporting onsite delivery when required. You'll also work collaboratively with our Sales and Operations teams to ensure a seamless and highly professional client journey.
What You'll Be DoingManaging client programs from briefing through to deliveryBuilding strong relationships with clients Coordinating venues, suppliers and operational logisticsWorking closely with the Sales team to support client retention and growth Managing programs with awareness of margins and operational efficienciesSupporting logistics and equipment preparation Providing onsite support at programs when requiredCollaborating with team members across multiple locations
