 Melbourne Park is home to Australia’s most loved venues - Rod Laver Arena, John Cain Arena, Margaret Court Arena, AAMI Park and our dedicated conference and events centre CENTREPIECE.  THE ROLES 

 Guest Services Team Member 

•  Be the welcoming face for thousands of diverse guests as they arrive at our venues 
•  Assist with ticket checks, turnstile entry, lift access, and directing crowd flow 
•  Provide event and venue information to help deliver a smooth and memorable customer experience 

 Event & Venue Operations Team Member 

•  Work behind the scenes setting up stages, crowd barriers, and event equipment 
•  Assist with venue changeovers, equipment moves, and other hands-on tasks 
•  Ensure everything runs efficiently, safely, and on schedule 

 WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE 

 You don’t need to have years of experience - but you do need to bring energy, reliability, and a team-first mindset. 

 Key qualities: 

•  A commitment to delivering great service 
•  Clear communication and problem-solving skills 
•  Ability to stay calm and focused in high-pressure environments 
•  Flexibility to work a mix of early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays 
•  Availability during peak event periods (August to March) and the Australian Open in January 

 For Operations roles specifically: 

•  Physical ability to perform manual tasks like lifting, carrying and manoeuvring of heavy objects 
•  Comfort using tools or equipment (training provided if needed) 
•  Awareness of safety and manual handling procedures 

 Bonus skills (not essential): 

•  Experience in events, hospitality, or operations 
•  Licenses such as forklift, EWP, or truck driver’s license
