Due to continued growth, Ken Mills Toyota is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our award-winning team in Kingaroy.

About the Role

As a Vehicle Sales Consultant, you'll help customers through one of the most exciting purchasing decisions they'll make—finding the right vehicle for their lifestyle.

Every day you'll use your product knowledge, communication skills and genuine passion for customer service to create an outstanding buying experience from first enquiry through to vehicle delivery and beyond.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming customers to the dealership and responding to enquiries in person, by phone and online.

• Understanding each customer's needs and recommending the right vehicle solution.

• Demonstrating vehicle features, benefits and technology.

• Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

• Preparing sales quotations, contracts and related documentation.

• Delivering new vehicles and ensuring customers are confident using their new vehicle's features.

• Following up throughout the customer's ownership journey to deliver an exceptional experience.

• Building long-term relationships that lead to repeat and referral business.

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about people and committed to delivering outstanding service.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role (automotive experience is an advantage but not essential).

• A positive, self-motivated attitude and a genuine desire to succeed.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• A customer-first mindset with a professional approach.

• Strong organisational and computer skills.

• The ability to work both independently and as part of a high-performing team.

• A willingness to learn and continually develop your skills.
