Service Coordinator

With a growing service division and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to add an organised and customer-focused Service Coordinator to their team.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate service technicians across the Sydney metropolitan area.Manage reactive maintenance calls, breakdowns and planned maintenance works.Liaise with clients, technicians and subcontractors to ensure jobs are completed on time.Prepare work orders, purchase orders and service documentation.Monitor job progress and technician schedules.Process timesheets, service reports and close out completed works.Assist with invoicing and general administration.Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining strong client relationships.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience as a Service Coordinator, Scheduler or Project Coordinator.Experience within the electrical, building services or construction industry is highly regarded.Excellent communication and organisational skills.The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.Experience using SimPRO, AroFlo, Uptick or similar job management software is advantageous.A proactive attitude with a strong focus on customer service.

The Role Reporting to the Service Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the service department by coordinating technicians, managing client requests and ensuring jobs are delivered efficiently.
