Automotive Sales Person

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll help customers find the right vehicle while delivering an outstanding buying experience from their first enquiry through to delivery. Working as part of a supportive team, you'll build strong customer relationships, achieve sales targets and contribute to the continued success of the dealership.

• Assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle to suit their needs.

• Building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service.

• Following up leads from phone, online enquiries and walk-in customers.

• Demonstrating vehicles and conducting test drives.

• Preparing quotations and negotiating vehicle sales.

• Working closely with our Finance & Insurance team to deliver a seamless customer experience.

• Maintaining accurate customer records and managing your sales pipeline.

• Following dealership sales processes and manufacturer standards.

• Achieving individual sales and customer satisfaction targets.

• Passionate about sales and delivering outstanding customer service.

• Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve results.

• Confident, professional and an excellent communicator.

• Able to build rapport quickly and develop long-term customer relationships.

• Well presented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Organised with good time management skills.

• Comfortable using computers and CRM systems.

• A holder of a current Australian Driver's Licence.

• Automotive sales experience is preferred, but if you have a successful background in retail, hospitality, real estate, telecommunications or another customer-focused sales environment, you are encouraged to apply.
