About the role
Powell Motor Group is growing, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our team.
PMG is a long-standing Tasmanian family-owned automotive business with a strong reputation, great people and an exciting future. With new brands, upgraded facilities and continued investment in our Service and Parts operations, it’s a great time to join us.
The Role
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key link between our customers and workshop, managing the customer experience from booking through to vehicle handover.
You’ll be responsible for:
Managing service bookings and customer enquiries
Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process
Preparing and managing repair orders
Coordinating with technicians, Parts and workshop management
Following up approvals and keeping jobs moving
Ensuring vehicles are completed and delivered as promised
Building strong, long-term customer relationships
About You
We’re looking for someone who is positive, organised, customer-focused and a strong communicator. You’ll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of your responsibilities and be a genuine team player.
Automotive or Service Advisor experience is highly regarded, but attitude, communication skills and cultural fit are just as important to us.
