The Role
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warranty Officer to manage day-to-day warranty claims and support our dealers, service partners, and customers. This role will involve reviewing claims, communicating warranty outcomes, coordinating repairs or parts, and working with our internal technical team when further advice is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, assess, and process warranty claims from dealers, service agents, and customers.

• Review photos, reports, invoices, and other supporting evidence.

• Communicate clearly with dealers and customers regarding claim status and outcomes.

• Coordinate approved repairs, replacement parts, and supplier follow-ups.

• Work with the internal technical team on complex faults or product issues.

• Maintain accurate warranty records and update claim files.

• Follow up outstanding information to ensure claims are handled efficiently.

• Identify repeat faults or common issues and report them to management.

• Assist with escalated warranty enquiries in a professional manner.

• Ensure warranty processes are followed in line with company policy and consumer law requirements.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in warranty, service advising, aftersales support, or a similar role.

• Automotive, caravan, RV, manufacturing, or dealership experience preferred.

• Good understanding of caravan components such as electrical, plumbing, appliances, chassis, and fittings.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• High attention to detail and accurate record keeping.

• Ability to make fair and practical decisions.

• Comfortable working independently and asking for technical support when needed.
