Warehouse Team Leader

About the role

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working with a team, takes pride in running an organised warehouse, and looks for ways to improve efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily stock movement between the warehouse and retail stores
• Liaise with store managers and sales staff regarding stock transfers and customer pickups
• Lead the warehouse team to ensure accurate and efficient daily operations
• Ensure warehouse procedures are followed
• Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes and workflow
• Complete stock receipting
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
• Maintain a safe, organised and productive warehouse

About you

• Proven leadership or team-leading experience
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Good time-management skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Competent with Microsoft and Android systems
• Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting when required
• Knowledge of musical instruments is preferred but not essential
• A manual car licence is preferred but not essential
