We’re looking for a confident, energetic and reliable Bartender to join our growing team. If you love cocktails, enjoy working with people and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

You will primarily work as a bartender, but you will also be required to assist with customer service, food and drink service when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine and other beverages
• Work quickly and efficiently during busy services
• Use effective bartending techniques to handle high-volume periods
• Greet every customer who enters the venue
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Keep the bar clean, organised and well-stocked
• Follow cocktail recipes and presentation standards
• Operate POS and process orders accurately
• Follow RSA and responsible service requirements
• Work closely with the FOH team during busy services
• Step out of the bar when required to serve drinks and food

What You’ll Need

• Previous bartending and hospitality experience preferred
• Valid NSW RSA is essential
• Cocktail/bar experience in a busy environment is highly regarded
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Reliable, positive and team-oriented attitude
• Availability for evenings and weekends
• Latin/Spanish background is an advantage
