The Gilroy is a modern European restaurant & wine bar in Port Melbourne, focused on great food, wine, cocktails and genuine hospitality. We’re looking for an experienced senior wait staff to join our team.

We're looking for people who take pride in what they do and genuinley care about hospilaity and guest experience. Our service style is relaxed warm and authnetic while being exacting in its delivery. Our team has personal relationships with our guests built on knowing and anticipating thier needs and going the extra mile whenever possible.

• Minimum 3 years experience in fine dining or quality restaurant service

• Warm, professional and genuinely passionate about great hospitality

• Confident with guests and able to work calmly under pressure

• Strong food, wine and service knowledge

• WSET 2 preferred

• Cocktail experience preferred

• Reliable, well presented and a team player

• Understands that great hospitality is in the details

• Availabilty Tuesday-Saturday lunch and dinner

• Must have valid Victoria RSA

• Great team environment in a beautiful Port Melbourne venue
