• PW4 $44.74 - $48.58 p/h + 12% super (dependent on qualifications and experience).

Join Holmesglen’s award-winning Student Recruitment and Admissions team and play a key role in supporting prospective students throughout their journey from initial enquiry through to enrolment.

As a Student Recruitment and Admissions Officer, you will play a key role in supporting prospective students from initial enquiry through to enrolment, delivering personalised advice and exceptional customer service. Working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you will help students make informed study choices, contribute to enrolment targets, and support a seamless admissions experience. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with teaching departments and internal stakeholders while making a meaningful impact on the student journey and overall recruitment success.

To be successful, you’ll have:

• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to provide accurate advice and solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively, while remaining adaptable and proactive.
• Experience using MS Office, Customer Relationship Management and Student Management Systems, preferably in the education sector.
• Relevant qualifications in business, marketing, education, communications or career counselling, or significant relevant experience in the education sector.
  
  

WWCC and Police Check:

Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Victorian ‘employee’ Working with Children Check, and a valid Police Check within the last 12 months.
