Overview of Responsibilities:

• As a core member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with their migration needs.

• You must be able to work independently, have knowledge of migration laws and regulations, and provide accurate, relevant advice and assistance to clients with respect to visa options and eligibility.

• Prepare and lodge visa applications, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to relevant regulations.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and procedures.

• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, guidance, and support throughout the migration process.

Requirements:

• Active MARA Registration or Legal Practitioner Number (LPN).

• In-depth understanding of Australian immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage a workload with minimal supervision.
