SuperGreen Solutions TSV is a locally owned renewable energy company proudly servicing North Queensland. We work with builders, developers and homeowners to deliver quality solar and energy solutions — and we’re continuing to grow steadily.

We’re looking for a capable, organised and proactive Scheduling Administration Officer to join our fast-paced solar team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, has strong administration skills and enjoys coordinating with builders, supervisors, suppliers and clients to keep projects moving efficiently.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and scheduling upcoming solar installations with builders, site supervisors and retail clients

• Liaising with clients daily to provide updates, answer enquiries and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the installation process

• Raising purchase orders, quotes and invoices (Using Xero account management software)

• Processing Ergon and Formbay rebate applications

• Ordering stock, materials and assisting with stocktake

• General administrative duties including answering phones and assisting with ad hoc tasks as required

• Supporting the team to ensure projects run smoothly and on schedule

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have previous experience in any of the following; scheduling, administration, construction, electrical or renewable energy industry roles (Minimum 2 years)

• Have experience using Xero or other account management software (Highly regarded, not essential)

• Have strong computer skills (Experience using Excel & Microsoft Office programs will be highly regarded)

• Be highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Have excellent communication skills and time management skills

• Work well both independently and as part of a team
