We are growing rapidly! To support this expansion, we are scaling our recruitment team. This is a full-time, onsite role located at our head office in Sydney Olympic Park.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving our headcount growth, engaging and on-boarding top-tier talent to meet the organisation’s needs. 

• Source: Hunt for top talent using job boards, social media, and your own creative networking strategies.

• Screen: Conduct sharp phone and in-person interviews to find the perfect cultural and technical fit.

• Partner: Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand their gaps and advise on market trends.

• Close: Manage the offer process, salary negotiations, and ensure a seamless hand-off to on-boarding.

You’re a strategic, highly empathetic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll likely have: 

• Proven track record in high-volume internal or agency recruitment, ideally within the Aged Care, NDIS, Healthcare, or Community Services sectors.

• Exceptional accuracy and thoroughness in managing data, documentation, and multi-step processes. 

• High energy, resilient, and capable of prioritising competing hiring needs without sacrificing candidate quality or compliance.

• Familiarity with ATS and HR platforms and social sourcing.

• Natural communicator with the ability to engage candidates quickly and build trust with internal hiring teams.

• Permanent working rights in Australia.
