Production Line Assistant

• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with focus over extended periods
• Showing initiative and being able to task switch to prevent bottlenecks

The Role

We're looking for extra hands to support our production team with a variety of tasks, including:

• Assembling boxes and packaging materials
• Cleaning and quality-checking products before packaging
• Boxing finished products
• General cleaning of work areas and equipment
• Capping bottles
• Assisting with the filling process
• Stock checking and counting

We primarily operate between 8:00am and 4:00pm Monday to Friday, but due to the nature of our business, shift times and availability can vary significantly from week to week. For this position, we are looking for full availability between those hours.

Flux Lab is in the midst of a major growth phase, and for the right person, there may be opportunities to transition into a more permanent role as we continue to expand. No previous experience is required, just a good attitude and willingness to learn. We will provide all training on and off-site in cosmetic and personal care manufacturing.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: Up to $31.20 per hour
