About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Supervisor – Large Loss (Domestic) to join our Victorian team in this newly created position and take ownership of complex, high-value domestic insurance reconstruction projects. With continued growth across our Victorian operation, this role has been created for a proven construction professional who can operate confidently and has experience managing projects up to $1m.

You’ll be responsible for driving insurance projects from commencement through to completion, balancing construction delivery, commercial outcomes, stakeholder expectations, quality and customer experience. This is an opportunity for someone who has already proven themselves in large loss, complex residential construction or insurance reconstruction and is ready to take on greater scale, autonomy and influence how we continue to evolve.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complex residential rebuilds, including significant structural and new-build construction works
• Provide guidance, support and mentoring to improve delivery capability across the broader Supervisor team
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, customers and insurance stakeholders to achieve project objective
• Own project budgets, programs, variations, quality, compliance and commercial outcomes
• Identify, manage and mitigate project risks while maintaining strong delivery standards
• Build trusted relationships with insurers, loss adjusters, customers, contractors and internal teams

About You

We’re looking for an experienced construction Supervisor who has experience in insurance rebuilds to the value of $1m with credibility to take ownership of complex, high-value projects.

• Previous experience managing large loss domestic insurance reconstruction projects
• Demonstrated experience delivering projects in the $250k–$1m+ range
• Strong commercial understanding across budgets, variations, forecasting, cost control and project risk
• A reputation for reliability, accountability and delivering results on complex projects
• The ability to confidently manage insurers, customers, trades, consultants and multiple stakeholders
