Internal Admin Sales Support - Fantech Trade

We have an opportunity at our Somerton Park office for a forward-thinking and proactive Internal Admin Sales Support to join our Fantech Trade Team. With a focus on supporting our existing wholesaler network and customer base, the successful candidate will join a highly motivated sales team and contribute to the ongoing growth of the Fantech Trade market segment.

The Role

The Internal Admin Sales Support role will work with the other members of the SA Trade team to actively support our valued customers; and contribute to the ongoing success of our brands renowned reputation for fans, noise control products, ventilation, air-conditioning; This role includes:

• To receive and action all telephone inquiries for resellers and non account customers as appropriate
• Providing accurate and competitive quotes in a timely manner
• Ensure all inquiries are actioned or passed on to the relevant staff for action
• Ensure timely arrangement and facilitation of the dispatch of goods and liaise with production and customer service as required
• Providing an exceptional customer experience for both external and internal customers
• General administration and office duties

Who are you?

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proven sales skills and the ability to negotiate orders and problem-solve
• Demonstrated previous experience with Electrical Wholesalers and or Electrical Contractors preferred but not essential 
• Superior interpersonal skills and well-developed written and verbal communication skills
