Role Overview:

This exciting, varied role supports a dynamic team across philanthropy, partnerships and events, ensuring our donors and partners receive the best possible experience at every touchpoint. Working at STC:

This is a permanent full time role.

• Based at the STC Wharf Offices, with travel to other sites as required.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven time management and administration skills. The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, work under pressure and meet deadlines. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective engagement with both internal teams and external stakeholders to cultivate positive and enduring relationships.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and relationship skills, particularly with high-net-worth individuals.
• Demonstrated high computer literacy and experience in database management, preferably Tessitura.
• A solutions-oriented approach with a commitment to working collaboratively with others and fostering a supportive team environment.
• Discretion and judgment in dealing with sensitive data on individuals.
