Itahlia restaurant is seeking a talented and passionate Pizza Chef to join our vibrant team in Sunbury, VIC. As a full-time Pizza Chef, you will be responsible for crafting authentic and delicious pizzas that delight our customers. What you'll be doing

• Preparing and cooking pizzas to our high standards of quality and consistency

• Ensuring the timely delivery of pizzas to customers

• Maintaining a clean and organised workstation throughout your shift

• Collaborating with the broader kitchen team to support the overall operation

• Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations

• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our pizza menu and recipes

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry

• Exceptional pizza-making skills, including the ability to create a wide variety of pizza styles

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, consistent dishes

• Excellent time management and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• A passion for Italian cuisine and a desire to contribute to the success of our restaurant

• Relevant qualifications in Hospitality or Culinary Arts would be highly regarded
