Barista

Part-Time Experienced Barista | TWO FEET FIRST

We're looking for an experienced barista to join our team at our busy beachside café.

About the role

This is a part-time position with a mix of weekday and weekend shifts.

You must be available to work:

• Weekends (essential)
• At least a few weekday shifts
• Occasional dinner service shifts (approximately 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm)
• Early morning starts from 5:30 am (most regular shifts begin around 7:30 am)

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a barista in a busy café or restaurant.
• Confident operating a commercial coffee machine during busy service periods.
• Experience working in a fast-paced hospitality venue with high service standards.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work both behind the coffee machine and on the floor, including taking orders, running food and drinks, clearing tables, and delivering friendly table service.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Reliable and punctual with excellent attention to detail.
• Current driver's licence or living locally with reliable transport for early morning starts.
