Conveyancing Clerk (Remote)

This role is being offered on a remote basis, located in South Australia, offering the chance to join a friendly and high-performing Darwin-based team.

In this Conveyancing Clerk role, you will join a collaborative team and be primarily responsible for providing essential support to our Licensed Agents throughout the conveyancing process, to ensure smooth and efficient property transactions. You will play a crucial role in facilitating stakeholder communication, managing administrative tasks and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Your other key responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:

• Assisting in coordinating settlement procedures
• Drafting & preparing legal documents & contracts
• Liaising with clients & other key stakeholders, keeping them updated and informed of the progress of their property transaction
• Liaising with banks and other financial institutions to facilitate settlements
• Opening & managing client files
• Conducting title searches and investigating property details

The successful candidate will possess established experience as a Conveyancing Clerk. You will demonstrate strong attention to detail, accuracy, and professional judgement in preparing legal documents. Clear communication and a proactive, solutions-focused approach will allow you to manage multiple matters efficiently while maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders. Experience in utilising Leap or other legal practice management software is advantageous.
