An exciting opportunity has become available for a high-performing Executive Assistant to support an experienced Sales Consultant within a leading Boroondara real estate team.
 
This is a fast-paced, hands-on position suited to an experienced EA or Sales Associate who enjoys a combination of high-level administration, vendor management, buyer engagement and fieldwork.
 
You'll play a key role across active campaigns, ensuring vendors are kept informed, campaigns run smoothly and buyers receive a high level of service.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Providing high-level administrative and operational support
• Managing and maintaining strong vendor relationships throughout campaigns
• Coordinating sales campaigns, including preparation and follow-up
• Managing vendor communication, updates and campaign feedback
• Assisting with buyer enquiries, inspections and buyer follow-up
• Attending open homes and private inspections as required
• Assisting with negotiations and other field-based sales activities
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and database activity
• Coordinating appointments, diaries and campaign timelines
• Ensuring a seamless experience for vendors and buyers from campaign launch through to settlement
 
What We're Looking For:
• Previous Executive Assistant, Sales Associate or real estate administration experience
• Strong experience supporting a busy sales environment
• Proven experience communicating directly with vendors throughout campaigns
• Strong buyer management and customer service skills
• Confidence attending opens, inspections and working in the field
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to prioritise and work autonomously
• Professional and polished presentation
• Genuine interest in progressing within residential real estate

• Boroondara location
• Full-time position
• $80,000-$95,000 + Super, dependent on experience
• Occasional Saturday work required during busy periods
