Customer Experience Agent

About the role

This is an integral role responsible for maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of all rental vehicles and providing customer service to our car rental customers in Cairns North. For the right applicant, we are offering a long-term position with all training provided on-site.

Key responsibilities

• Ensuring that a continuation of high standard customer service is achieved

• Answering phones in a timely manner

• Responding to emails and phone calls for all car rental customers

• Taking bookings over the phone and counter

• Promote and upsell our insurance coverages to prospective customers

• Ensuring that all information provided by customers is documented and accurate within our booking system

• Processing payments and refunds as necessary

• Following up on customer enquiries and requests

• Cleaning and washing vehicles

• Vehicle condition assessments and reporting

About you

• Computer literacy skills

• Excellent time management skills

• High level of physical fitness

• Attention to detail with integrity and a strong work ethic

• Ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel applications

• Excellent communication skills

• An openness to learn from others and take on constructive feedback to develop more skills within the position

• Valid driver's licence with no restrictions and a clean driving record

• Australian work rights

• Ability to work alone or as part of a team within the WHS policies and guidelines
