Detailed Job DescriptionManaged, supported, and coordinated non-production environments for NEM Wholesale Dispatch IT platforms, ensuring timely availability across concurrent projects • Coordinated resolution of environment issues across non-prod environments, liaising with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to minimise delays to testing and release schedules • Coordinated Non-Prod and Production environments for release activities, aligning environment readiness with the release calendar and code deployment schedules • Supported release management activities including change requests, deployment scheduling, and go/no-go coordination in line with ITIL-aligned change management processes Tracked and reported on environment health, availability, and release risks to project managers via status reports and stand-ups • Maintained environment and release documentation (runbooks, calendars, configuration records) in Confluence to ensure accuracy and audit readiness
