The Opportunity
PRM is currently seeking skilled and experienced Grader Operators to join our growing team, supporting rail and civil maintenance works across Pilbara rail networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate graders to complete fine and rough grading across road, rail, and civil work areas in line with project specifications

• Use GPS and UTS equipment and adjust blade positions to achieve required levels, slopes, crowns, and drainage

• Complete daily pre-starts, equipment inspections, and routine maintenance, reporting damage or defects promptly

• Prepare work areas by levelling, grading, and spreading materials to the required profile

• Follow all safety, fatigue management, environmental, and PPE requirements while working effectively with the project team

About you

• Minimum 12 months civil or rail maintenance operating experience on Graders; or

• Minimum 12 months civil operating experience at Final Trim level on Graders

• A valid Australian Heavy Rigid (HR) driver’s licence

• White/construction card

• Ability to pass a Category 1 Rail Medical including drug & alcohol screening

• Hold the relevant qualification RIIMPO310F - Conduct grader operations

Desirable

• Experience working on Pilbara rail networks and using GPS or UTS equipment

• Certificate II or III in Rail Infrastructure

• Additional plant qualifications, High Risk Work licences, or Senior First Aid
