Support Work: In SIL and Community

We are looking for EXPERIENCED ONLY, professional, therapeutic-minded team members (Mental Health Support Workers, General Support Workers, Arts and Crafts Officer) Genuine interest in people interaction is non-negotiable.

Minimum 2 years' experience working in disability support or related healthcare settings

Successful candidates must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to complete administrative tasks, including email communication and reports (Shift & Incidents). We use Shift Care software for rostering and administration.

Must have Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent, current First Aid & CPR certificates

Proficient with mobile devices and apps; experience with care management software preferred

Shifts will involve domestic assistance, medication assistance, personal care, meal preparation, and social interaction, with a focus on safety and client well-being. Candidates must be confident and safe drivers, comfortable traveling to client locations.

Must be able to assist with client mobility, including safe manual handling techniques

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Queensland Blue Card, and clean Australian driver's license. Police Check, NDIS worker Screening Modules, Infection Control, Hand Hygiene
