Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission ICT Quality Assurance Manager - Digital Governance

We are seeking an experience and motivated individual to join our Digital Services Team in the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC).

As an ICT Quality Assurance Manager, you will lead digital governance, assurance and control functions across the Digital Services team, ensuring risks are effectively managed, obligations are met and decision-makers have access to reliable information to support the delivery of secure, trusted and high-performing services.

You will provide strategic oversight of governance activities across change, configuration, risk, compliance, software asset management and architecture, promoting consistency, transparency and accountability across the digital environment. Through the development and oversight of governance frameworks, assurance programs and control mechanisms, you will help ensure ACNC information assets are protected.

Applying specialised ICT governance expertise, strategic thinking and strong stakeholder engagement skills, you’ll ensure security controls are effective, risks are managed appropriately, compliance obligations are met, and assurance activities support informed decision-making. Through robust, transparent and effective governance arrangements, you’ll contribute to maintaining public trust in the ACNC's digital services.

• provides leadership and strategic oversight of digital governance, assurance and control functions across change, configuration, risk, compliance, software asset management and architectural mapping activities
• conducts audits, reviews and assessments to evaluate compliance, control effectiveness and governance maturity against frameworks, policies, standards and regulatory obligations
• leads and oversees assurance activities to ensure ICT services, systems and processes meet agreed quality standards and organisational requirements
• drives continuous improvement in governance frameworks, controls and assurance practices to strengthen organisation capability, compliance and outcomes
• builds productive relationships, providing trusted advice on ICT governance, risk, compliance and assurance matters
• leads teams, builds capability and fosters a collaborative and accountable culture while delivering results.
