Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission ICT Services Manager - Digital Workplace & Platforms

We are seeking an experienced ICT Services Manager - Digital Workplace and Platforms to join our Digital Services team.

As an ICT Services Manager - Digital Workplace and Platforms, you will lead the delivery, support and continuous improvement of the ACNC’s digital workplace and enterprise technology platforms. The ICT Services Manager - Digital Workplace and Platforms works closely with business areas, executives, technology partners and services providers to deliver high-quality digital services, improve the staff experience and support organisational transformation initiatives.

You will provide strategic leadership, operational oversight and technical governance across a diverse technology environment. Reporting to the Director, Digital Services, the ICT Services Manager - Digital Workplace and Platforms leads a multidisciplinary team responsible for the delivery and ongoing management of critical end-user computing, digital workplace services, collaboration platforms and infrastructure and cloud-based technologies.

Our ideal candidate

• has experience leading and coaching a team of technology professionals to deliver and support modern digital workplace services and technology tools in alignment with organisational objectives
• delivers and improves ICT services in a Microsoft-based environment and applies IT service management practices and frameworks
• develops and maintains operational procedures, support models and service documentation to support consistent, sustainable and effective service delivery
• ensures critical services are monitored, maintained and continuously improved, and leads incident response and service restoration activities for major technology disruptions
• has strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes
• effectively manages competing priorities while fostering collaborative relationships with vendors and stakeholders to ensure the timely and coordinated delivery of services.

Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Teams and Windows platforms is highly regarded.
