Join the Acute Care Team (ACT) at Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) and become part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team providing expert mental health assessment, crisis intervention, acute care, and case management across the Central Coast community.
About the Opportunity
As a Registered Nurse within the Acute Care Team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals experiencing acute mental health concerns. Working across community and inpatient settings, you will deliver timely assessments, coordinate care, provide crisis interventions, and support consumers and their families through challenging times.
This position plays a key role in delivering timely, high-quality mental health assessments, crisis intervention and acute care to the Central Coast community. In this role you will:
