Business Support Officer

Southwell Property is seeking a Business Support Officer to work closely with our Sales Team and deliver outstanding support across each sales property campaign.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a pivotal support to our Lead Agent and sales team, your role will include:

Preparing property reports and managing a customer CRM.
Coordinating property marketing activities.
Booking photography, inspections and open home times.
Booking tradespeople to assist with property preparation and presentation.
Communicating with owners, buyers, tradespeople and the sales team.
Preparing mail, open home packs and promotional materials.
Creating social media content.

You’ll be working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment alongside a lead agent, Sales Associates and Operations Manager.

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone with:

A high level of attention to detail — this role thrives on structure, accuracy and checklist execution
Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks
Excellent communication and client service focus
Strong computer skills - Comfortable working with microsoft applications, canva and other real estate software.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Previous real estate experience, familiarity with real estate platforms and real estate qualifications are a bonus, but attitude and attention to detail are key.
