Administration Officer

About the role

Coral Coast Electrical is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to support the day-to-day operation of our Karratha office. This is a full-time, Karratha-based position within a small established local business servicing commercial, government and industrial clients throughout the Pilbara.

Key responsibilities

• General office administration and document management
• Receiving and managing jobs and work orders through to completion
• Scheduling electricians, jobs and site visits
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and field staff
• Preparing purchase orders and job documentation
• Processing supplier invoices and customer invoicing
• MYOB Account Right administration
• Monitoring outstanding jobs and following up documentation required for invoicing
• Administration of commercial and government maintenance contracts
• Maintaining accurate electronic records and databases

About you

• Previous administration experience
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with MYOB, job management systems, work-order administration or within an electrical, construction, maintenance or trades-based business would be highly regarded
