Pastry Chef

Paddock Bakery is on the hunt for a talented Pastry Chef to join our team in a casual position 4-5 Days per week, with more hours available from time to time.

Pastry Chefs

Daily Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.

• Decorate pastries and desserts to ensure an appealing presentation.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the pastry section.

• Monitor stock levels and manage inventory of ingredients.

• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.

  
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Pastry Chef.

• Strong baking and pastry-making skills.

• Creative flair and attention to detail.

• Ability to work early mornings and weekends.

• Experience in lamination.
