About The Role:

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Accounts Payable officer to join the team. This role will be best suited to someone who thrives in a structured yet fast paced environment, where deadlines and multitasking are part of the day to day.

In this role you will:

• Process invoices through an automated OCR workflow system
• Reconcile supplier statements and internal accounts
• Prepare weekly eft payments
• Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve queries
• Mange the accounts payable inbox efficiently
• Assist with the internal year end reporting
• Maintain accurate filing and complete all other administrative duties as required

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in Accounts Payable
• Highly developed organisational and communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including MS Excel, Office, accounting software, and data bases
• Ability to meet strict deadlines, multitask, and prioritise workload effectively
• Pleasant and professional phone manner
• High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is advantageous
