Just Quality is continuing to grow across Queensland, and we're looking for motivated sales consultants to join our established team.

You'll be selling a range of popular home improvement products, including Outdoor Blinds, Roller Shutters, Plantation Shutters and Artificial Turf, to homeowners who have already made an enquiry.

No cold calling. No door knocking. We provide the appointments.

If you enjoy meeting people, closing sales and being rewarded for your results, this is an opportunity to build a strong income with a growing company.

What Makes This Sales Role Different?

Your time should be spent selling — not searching for people to sell to.

Just Quality generates customer enquiries and provides pre-booked in-home appointments, giving you the opportunity to sit down with homeowners who are actively considering improvements to their property.

You'll visit customers, understand what they're looking to achieve, recommend the right solution and guide them through the purchase.

With multiple product categories available, you'll have plenty of opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline.

Your Role

As part of our Queensland sales team, you will:

• Attend pre-booked appointments with homeowners

• Consult with customers about their needs, home and budget

• Measure and recommend suitable products

• Present options and provide quotations

• Build trust and deliver a professional customer experience

• Convert opportunities into sales

• Participate in product and sales training

• Work evenings and Saturdays to meet customers when they're available

Our current focus is Brisbane, Gold Coast and surrounding areas, with opportunities to expand into the Sunshine Coast and North Queensland for strong candidates based in those regions.

The Earning Opportunity

We want high performers to be rewarded for their results.

The package includes:

• Base retainer

• Car allowance

• Superannuation

• Uncapped commission

• Monthly incentives and bonuses

Realistic total earnings of $100,000–$150,000+ per year, with further upside for strong performers.

Who Will Succeed Here?

Industry experience isn't essential.

We're more interested in your attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn.

You'll be a strong fit if you're:

• Motivated by achieving targets and earning commission

• Confident speaking with customers face-to-face

• Comfortable asking for the sale

• Professional and well presented

• Competitive and results focused

• Organised and reliable

• Coachable and willing to follow a proven sales process

• Available for appointments outside standard business hours when required

A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle are required.
