Sunco Motors is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Carpark Concierge to join our team. This is a key front-of-house role where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from arrival to departure.

About the Role

As a Carpark Concierge, you will be responsible for managing vehicle and customer flow within our dealership while delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll work closely with our service and sales teams to ensure efficiency and a seamless customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers to the appropriate departments

• Provide timely and personalised customer service

• Manage the flow of traffic and customers through the car park

• Maintain safe, clear, and efficient traffic movement

• Assist customers and Service Advisors with vehicle collection and return

• Carry out other duties as required

Hours

• Monday to Friday

• 7:30am – 5:00pm

About You

• Hold a current manual driver’s licence (essential)

• Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded

• Strong attention to detail

• Dedicated to delivering high-quality customer service

• Confident with a positive, can-do attitude

• Well-presented with excellent communication skills

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

• Hold full working rights in Australia

• Reliable and committed to full-time employment
