Key responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment and machinery in accordance with established procedures and safety protocols

• Performing assembly tasks and process work with precision and attention to detail

• Inspecting products during and after production to ensure they meet quality standards

• Preparing raw materials and components for the production process

• Packaging and labelling finished products for distribution

• Maintaining a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations

• Following written and verbal instructions from supervisors and team leaders

• Reporting any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately

• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the production team

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly or process work is highly desirable

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards

• Ability to work efficiently and safely with manufacturing equipment and machinery

• Physical capability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods

• Excellent time management and organisational skills
