About the Role:
As a Sales and Service Consultant you will be the trusted first point of contact for our members, assisting members on inbound calls, providing expert guidance, and connecting them with solutions across our trusted range of products and services. No contact centre experience? No problem. This is the perfect entry-level opportunity for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping others. We'll provide comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and the support you need to succeed.

Hours, Training and Location:

• Start date 28th September with interviews scheduled to run on 3rd September so apply now!
• Contract duration is 12 months with the possibility of extension or permanent appointment
• Rate of pay is $35.12 per hour + super + loadings
• Part-time positions, 30 hours per week, 4 days a week, 8 hours a day including unpaid lunch break
• Shift option 1: Sunday to Wednesday (Sunday loading 68%)
• Shift option 2: Wednesday to Saturday (Saturday loading 50%)
• Rotating shifts, with start times between 6:30AM and 10:00AM
• Finish times between 2:30pm and 6:00pm
• Supported onsite training at our Eight-Mile Plains location
• Hybrid work from home – combination of onsite and at home after 3 – 6 months, based on performance.

• Chatting with members to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
• Creating positive experiences with every interaction
• Staying up to date with RACQ’s products and services

About You:

• Friendly, engaging, and genuinely enjoy helping others
• Calm under pressure and quick to bounce back from challenges
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• Confident using computers and communicating clearly
• Hold a minimum Year 12 High School Certificate
