What you’ll do

• Support day‑to‑day office operations and ensure a professional, welcoming workplace.
• Coordinate and monitor routine building maintenance requests, repairs, cleaning and contractor attendance.
• Liaise with contractors, service providers, and essential workplace systems.
• Support WHS activities, emergency readiness, and safety documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across office and facilities processes.

 What you’ll bring

• Experience in admin, office support, customer service or facilities co-ordination.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Confidence working with contractors, systems, and multiple priorities.
• Bonus points for community services, transport, healthcare, WHS, or NFP experience.
