About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Diploma Qualified Educator who understand the importance of quality early childhood education and are confident in working with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and implementing a play-based curriculum that inspires curiosity and learning

• Support children’s emotional, social and physical development

• Build nurturing and respectful relationships with children and families

• Assist with daily routines, activities, and care needs

• Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging learning environment

• Ensure compliance with the NQS, National Laws and Regs and service policies and procedures

About you:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

• Current Working with Children Check

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)

• Child protection training/certificate (or willingness to obtain)

• Positive, team-focused attitude and strong communication skills

• Passion for working with children and supporting their development”
